Overall, it's great base for exploring Puerto Vallarta attractions. The a double room is exceptionally comfortable and has a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. The staff is amiable, the breakfast is satisfactory.

I enjoyed the stunning views from my room, as well as the convenience of having a refrigerator and a variety of TV channels to choose from. Additionally, the location of this hotel was great - very close to the marina with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool area was spacious and the on-site restaurant had excellent food and service.

The hotel's location was great! It was near the marina and had lots of restaurants and shops around. the bus stop was just across the road, which made it easy to travel around the city. the hotel had a swimming pool, which was a nice place to hang out during the day.
There were some negative aspects to our experience. the hotel staff was not very helpful or accommodating when we had issues with our room balcony or our pet's accommodation.
